The couple that runs the place are nice and welcoming. We have upgraded our room for 10 euros. We would gladly return!

Very comfortable bed. Liked the fact we could cook for ourselves without needing to go out. Received exceptional details on how to find the apartment, where to park, and how to access the building and retrieve the keys - it all went very smoothly. We were also provided with information on things to do in and around Aix-les-Bains. Nothing was too much trouble for our host, Stephanie, even down to providing coffee, biscuits, and other food essentials like oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Can't fault this place and would be happy to recommend it to others 10/10.
