This is a beautiful little hotel in the most perfect location. It’s new and very well decorated. My room had a beautiful view to the bay. Just outside are two very good restaurants with outside sitting and view of the ocean. Of all the places we went in our trip, this was our favorite place. The people of Mundaka are very friendly and welcoming.

Puerto Viejo is steps away (literally) from the beach. Communication was fantastic with our hosts; they were responsive and easy to chat with. There are loads of restaurants and bars right out the front door. Well-equipped for those who prefer to cook in the great kitchen (yay, induction stoves)! It was an overall nice stay. 👌🏼

Our host Zuriñe received us very friendly and we kept contact with her via Whatsapp about activities during the week🙏 The appartment is very well located in the harbour area nearby the beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The appt is absolute clean and is furnished more than complete. During summer, Lekeitio is a hotspot but in this special period it is interesting to see the locals in their natural habitation. We bought fresh fish, just caught by fishboots for a very fair prive and prepared it ourselves. Locals are very friendly, much hospitality👌 In the weekend we enjoyed a 2 nice days competition rowing between Lekeitio and villages around. At low-water-times it is possible to walk to the island before the shore. Thanks again Zuriñe for a memorable stay!

I loved the quaint town, all of the locals were wonderful. The host, was very friendly and super helpful. The view, overlooking the old buildings onto mountain drops was exquisite. The old roman bridges make for great photos. There are many little restaurants, and coffee shops. The beach is very close-by. This town lets you feel like you taking a step back in time, in a storybook. The flat was equipt with everything we needed, and very well-kept and clean.
