We spent some unforgettable days in an oasis of peace. The breakfast was fresh and varied every day. The cleanliness of the complex is unique and the staff is very helpful, attending us with a big smile. The late check-in was very well explained by whatsapp and we were free to arrive at any time. Nearby there are 2 supermarkets (Mercadona y Lidl ). The distance to the city centre is a half hour walk or 5 minutes by car or taxi. We will definitely be back!

She said if we needed anything she was always available. Great location 5 minute walk to the beach (but it is a big hill). So clean it was spotless. The pool was nice but very cold. We would definitely stay here again :)

The air-conditioned accommodation features stylish decor. Lounge-diners include plasma satellite TV, sofa bed and dining table, while modern kitchenettes have microwave, oven and toaster. It has fanstastic view for Los Gigantes. Food offered at the hotel ( and during the day at the pool ) is excellent. Staff is extremly friendly at the reception, and very helpful. Quiet and very clean space, absolutely lovely for kids ( and adults ). Big terrace to enjoy the view and spacious rooms. Walking distance ( 10 min ) for the lovely beach right near Los Gigantes.

Apartamentos Vistasur is on Tenerife’s Playa de las Vistas Beach. It offers a 24-hour reception, outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in the apartments. Some apartments feature sea views and air conditioning.

Apartments have a balcony, fan and living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. The upgraded appartment was excellent. The reception staff when they realised a mistake had been made with our booking handled the situation in a very apologetic, polite and professional manner. Despite our initial disappointment their efforts were very welcome and appricated by us. They are a credit to their workplace.

All apartments at this well-equipped resort have a small terrace. The nearby sea is ideal for water sports. Wi-Fi is complementary

The apartments include full bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub and a hairdryer. The open-plan living room/kitchen also offers satellite TV. The villa we stayed in was great, it had a nice view from the balcony, all of the amenities were provided, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were big enough, and they had large wardrobes. The restaurant Bailys Bar had great service, amazing food and huge portions, plus there was always something happening. The villa itself was very peaceful, the pool area wasn't too busy, so we didn’t feel like it was crowded. Location wise, it's smack in the middle between beaches and restaurants/bars, which were just a pleasant walk away. The beach was right in front of the hotel, and the local supermarket, which is right around the corner was very convenient and fairly well stocked. The entire complex is entered with a keycard, so it felt very safe.

The Hotel offers 2 swimming pools for adults, 2 for children, a children's splash pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a small fitness room, a supermarket, a play area and a children's mini-club, activities for adults, a snack-bar, a meeting room, wellness ( €), tennis court and 4 paddle tennis courts (€) Lovely place, really nice and helpful staff, they have everything what you need! Breakfast and buffet dinner is worth for the price, good and wide selection. there’s always parking spot. we had a wonderful time, happily recommend this place for everyone in all ages!
