It’s one of the best-equipped properties we’ve ever stayed at. It’s spacious and located in the city center (500 meters from the castle). It was spotlessly clean. You can leave the car at a private parking space. Even if we were just on the way, we had a great stay and would have loved staying longer. Because of the nice city and because of the nice flat. The host is lovely and attentive and check-in was very smooth.

The location was nice - very close to the water and a short walk to the old city center. Parking facilities nearby. Super friendly and helpful hosts and everything was totally new and nice. Even cold beverages in the fridge at arrival and chrome cast at the big tv, so you could relax in the couch with your own favorite show. Besides - Schwerin is a nice town with good restaurants and a lot of small shops - my favorite was "Das Kontor" in Puschkinstrasse with hand made art and jewelry. If you plan a trip to Schwerin I would absolutely recommend these apartments!

Design and decoration are top, all was super clean as well. Very helpful info materials and everything you could possibly need was available. Communication with the host was speedy, professional and friendly. Location could not be better, easy to reach everything we wanted to visit in Schwerin, castle, lake, old town, cathedral, restaurants, shops, Mecklinburger Staatstheater. Newly renovated in 2014, the apartments are located in stand-alone huts on the peaceful edge of the city. Guests enjoy direct access to the lake and garden. We travelled with friends for one night there. We needed a grill and the host kindly provided us with a brand new grill. The house was very comfortable and was very well equipped. I would definitely go back there, perhaps in summer.
