Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bathroom with rain shower. Modern technology, as well as free spring water, Nespresso pods, Brew teabags, fresh milk and handmade sweets, are standard in all units. The hotel room was spotless clean, with meseums, restaurants, cafes, shoppong mall, supermarkets all within walking distance. The hotel staff were super friendly. We were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to our friends and family members who would visit Berlin for fun.

These modern and luxurious studios and apartments are located in the central Mitte district of Berlin. Each one offers a loggia (covered balcony) or a terrace with views of greenery and the vibrant city centre. I visited a lot of hotels in Berlin and was really surprised how clean this appartment was. Absolutly perfect. Plus there is a small park directly next to the hotel. If you book a room, try to get one with the 'garden view'. It's the park. The station 'Nordbahnhof' is handy to explore the city and convenient if you travel from/to the airport - you'll need to change the train only once. (A hint for unexperianced travelers: By train you get to or from the hotel for about 4 - 5 €. By taxy it costs 80€ but takes as long as the train timewise. Don't waste your money if you don't need to.) And the workers at the hotel are kind and helpful. Best compliments. One hint: If you book a room with a lot of windows, like the small apartment, ask first if there is one available above the first floor. Otherwise it could be uncomfortable feeling kind of exposed, by that is totally a personnal preference. From now on, this hotel will be my place to stay. No need to experiment with other locations.

Museum Island is 1 km from the property. Big, nice, very clean, good location. We come with a car, no parking. The lady in the reception help us to find street with almost free parking. Each one has elegant interiors with wooden floors, large windows and pretty paintings. it’s vibe was great for us with lovely staff and spotlessly clean and in good location for walking to most sights we wanted to see and also for public transport.

Didn’t mind the lack of cleaning. It all just worked really well. Not in a cozy neighborhood, a bit out on its own. However, super cool to be on the wall and the river. Plus it’s centrally located so it’s easy to get to the cool neighborhoods.

Very comfortable and quiet in the perfect location for me.

A very stylish and extremely cozy place with modern high-quality appliances. Obviously the hosts put a lot of effort and paid much attention to every little detail in decoration. Very clean. Friendly and pleasant owners, who welcomed and showed the place around. We did really enjoy all the available stuff for relaxation and entertainment -- the LP player with hi-fi amp/speakers, enourmous-size TV set with Intrenet connection, IR sauna, rowing machine, standalone tub, outdoor playground for kids.
