The place is perfectly located close to Bavarian Forest, yet very much gives you the feeling of being away from the crowds, the location is descreat. Inside the house all is on the very top level - no cheap broken staff - all the equiment is new and in perfect order, nothing to complaim. Also very clean and well maintained. All in all perfect stay - we shall be back for sure! Thank you owner.

Hot tub in the terrace was a plus point. We enjoyed it and the owner was very nice.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful but keeping distance so we had privacy, and the wood stove was amazing and so easy to work with for the colder or rainy nights. The bed was very comfy and we also liked the kitchen space, specifically the metal tea pot with the strainer for loose tea leaves. I love that the house is also the art gallery and workspace of the owner, and he has done very nice work to make the space a mix of traditional which is original to the house, together with nice luxury renovations and upgrades, so you felt like the history is kept alive and at the same time we were living in a modern way. Overall its a beautiful quiet place in the countryside, with a wonderful surrounding nature, and its definitely worth a visit.
