Despite proximity to the town it was quiet and the little balcony made a delightful spot for an evening drink in the sunshine. Also the loft is conveniently placed about 200 metres to a large supermarket.

The apartment was clean, had lovely views, nothing was missing, everything was on hand, the kitchen was fully equipped, great accommodation. Bernd and Martina (the owners) were nice and friendly. Overall, it was a very successful break and experience.

The basement apartment is really comfortable, quiet and extremely well-equipped. We stayed for one night en route by car from Denmark to the Netherlands, and it was the perfect location just off the motorway. Check-in instructions were really clear and the apartment was super clean and modern. We'd definitely stay again. There was also some delicious goulash in the fridge!

The location is directly in the middle of Stade and close to the hustle and bustle of the town but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. It's also only a few minutes' walk to the main supermarket, Kaufland. The flat was surprisingly big, modern and clean and had all the facilities we needed. The host were prompt with responses, helpful and very friendly. We had a fantastic time and will definitely book here again. It was over and above what we expected

Very nice and cozy apartment. Comfortable bed also they prepared sofa for child. Found everything we need for short stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, sugar, coffee and so on. Owners left for us water, beer and wine. WIFI, tv, table games.
