The well-appointed rooms offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an electric kettle, heating and air conditioning. Each room includes a private bathroom featuring a hairdryer. The staff were very friendly - particularly Timmy who went above and beyond and was available whenever he was needed. The breakfast was great and it was included free with the booking. The price was very reasonable - I stayed here during the Canton Fair and it cost me approximately £55 per night. The hotel offered lots of freebies which were also very helpful as I was attending the canton fair so to have free water and snacks like waffles and crackers was very helpful as I was able to take a little packed lunch with me and not spend any extra money while at the fair. The location was also great - we were approximately a 10-15 min drive from the fair. The hotel offered a shuttle bus which was also very much appreciated because it meant I didn’t have to haggle with taxi drivers or try to navigate the metro on my own.

It offers a home away from home with well-appointed apartments with free wired and wireless internet access. Most of all, my post stay experience. I thought my wallet was lost. Fortunately, it was found in my room. The hotel staff was able to track me down two days later and verified that it was mine. Than it was sent overnight to my next destination! My sincere gratitude to their high standard of service.

The rooms are nice and have an amazing view, there is a kitchen in the room which is great for traveling with kids. The hotel service is great and breakfast has plenty of options. The location is really convenient to experience Tianhe district.
