Amazing, complete and spacious apartment right in the middle of the city! Was nice because the apartment was managed by Hotel Central and so everything we needed we could ask from reception. They also gave us free train tickets to see the city.

Jana is a very responsive host who provides excellent recommendations and clear instructions. He also goes above and beyond to meet all of our requests. I cannot thank him enough to take initiative to make sure my parents arrived safely. My family had a great time staying at his place. The location is convenient and central to everything.

Incredible location that is walkable from train station. The viewing deck was breathtaking. Loved that the hosts had snacks and drinks on site available to purchase as well. Long day of traveling so that was a very nice touch.

Our stay at the Kobi Apartments was exceptional. The property was just like it was displayed here and was within walking distance from the Lucerne station. We had booked two apartments and both looked and felt premium and comfortable. The rooms, alley, kitchen and bathrooms were clean and spacious. There was a guide made for the tourists in the room which shared details like local recommendations, things to do in Lucerne and how to operate different household machines like washing machines etc. The kitchen had all the utensils and amenities to cook. They took a deposit of CHF 200 which was refunded to us immediately the next day after the check out. Overall loved the property and would highly recommend it for friends, families and groups.

It was close to everything. Hosts were friendly and helpful - explained everything about the apartment while showing us around it. They had a small book as well to help which contains tips as well about the city. The apartment was amazing, well designed, clean and complete. Even the baby's cot was prepared for us. We didnt have to assemble it ourselves - as compared to other places we stayed in. Parking was not far which makes it convenient. Place is baby friendly as well. If we go back in luzern we will for sure book again here.

This place is fantastic. It is a large apartment that is well suited to couples or a family. Well located but quiet inside. Check in experience was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.
