And on top of everything when I got beaten by an unidentified insect in the jungle she took me to the health center and served as a translator for as long as it was needed. The rooms are great. Very clean and comfy. Absolute value for price. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Close enough so that everything is very accessible but far enough to be also quite. When I visit ilha grande again, I will definitely stay there.

The house itself is beautiful, the photos really do not do it justice. The location is also perfect, 10 mins walk from the harbour and just steps from a beautiful beach and the town. Also, when I accidentally left my expensive MacBook charger behind, the staff quickly shipped it to me!
