Our Apartments are brand new and offer everything you could ask for, we are sure you won't be disappointed with your stay. The three apartments are located on Level One with Apartment One over looking the Beach and Apartment Two & Three situated on the main street in Airlie Beach. With our central location you might have some noise from the sights and sounds of Airlie but we have aimed to build these wonderful apartments to be as quiet as possible. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. The interior is just perfect and everything was super clean when we arrived. Easy communication with the hosts during our stay.

Apartment had every basic thing, and owner was reachable every time, they are even accommodative with your needs like I had to keep luggage for sometime. And apartment did felt like luxury stay to us.

Location was great, room was very nice and quite roomy, the terrace provided a great seating area and views over all of Arlie Beach. The staff was very accommodating, upgrading us to a better room after our original room’s air con failed.

Staff were amazing, warmly greeting us and giving us great suggestions of things to do and where to eat. The location couldn’t be better with its short walk to the main street and beach. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend Waterview Arlie Beach.

The 4-star self-contained apartments offer spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom accommodation and include a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Each air-conditioned apartment has a washing machine, dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Guests enjoy free unlimited WiFi. Excellent location, away from the noisy centre of town but still within walking distance. I didn't dare attempt the walk from town due to the steep hill however taxi was only $8. Had the pool to myself while I was there.

The 1-bedroom apartments have a kitchenette whilst the 2 and 3-bedroom apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. Everything, the place surpassed our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever had! The Jacuzzi was amazing, we were in it every day, and the view was gorgeous 😍

Coral Sea Marina is 1.3 km from the apartment, while Whitsunday Art Gallery is 4.4 km away. The nearest airport is Hamilton Island Airport, 31 km from Casa Ava Airlie. We loved our stay at Casa Ava and have already booked to come back in August. I am a clean freak and usually very fussy but the apartment was spotless and the bed sheets smelt so fresh and clean. We felt relaxed as soon as we opened the door. The bed was really comfortable which is hard to come by in a holiday unit. We loved sitting out on the balcony for an afternoon drink after a swim in the pool. There are even ocean views from the balcony! The café across the road was beautiful. We had a car but we didn’t even use it once, We walked everywhere. Can’t wait to come back.
