The bed is fairly comfortable. - Doors have code entrance, so no hassle of carrying keys and worrying about losing them. - Flexible self check-in. The cleaning lady excused us for 10 minutes after the 10:00AM check-out time which was sweet. - There’s a laundromat in the basement. 2hr of washing machine usage is 3€, as well as the drying machine with the same price and time.

Check-in: our flight was early in the morning and actual room check-in was at around 15:00, however the host allowed us to leave our luggage and begin our adventure in Vienna without worrying about our luggage. Everything is really easy in terms of accessing the building and getting your key. Rooms: you will get everything you need to feel relaxed. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. You will be able to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime for free as there is active subscription for both. We had a large patio with grass and outdoor table and chairs. Absolutely 💯! Location: in a 25 step radius from the entrance of the building is Lidl, Billa, subway and tram. Having the subway so close after a long day of walking was a huge blessing for the whole family. There is also a very nice Irish pub nearby and Pharmacy. For breakfast you have Ankar just on the side of the entrance! Thank you so much for having us and being an amazing host! 👏

The room was clean, cozy, spacious and very comfortable. The shower and the shower pressure were amazing. The receptionists were very friendly and spoke good english. The hotel is decorated in an interesting way and it feels very warm. I would recommend this hotel to anybody because of its qualities and because of its close proximity to city center (just one tram ride away from Stephansplatz). Will definitely come back if ever in Vienna again.
