Our host was warm, friendly and helpful and came to greet us shortly after arrival and answer any questions we might have. The apartment was beautiful, clean light and airy. On two sides of the lounge area we had exclusive access to the garden terrace and with a nice evening were able to eat outside and enjoy the garden and view to the lake. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped with a sizeable fridge/freezer and as a nice touch a bean-to-cup coffee machine. The living area was also equipped with a large flat-screen TV with separate TV facility in each of the two bedrooms. The WiFi was a good speed and stable. The nice large bathroom also housed a washing machine and dryer.

Our hosts were very helpful and friendly.The view from our appartment and the garden were beautiful. We were very happy and content with the bikes that were included in the rent. We cycled to the beautiful lake nearby and to the trainstation of Seekrichen. It's only a 12 minute journey by train to Salzburg central station. Our host picked us up when we arrived by train and they brought us to the treinstation the last day when we had all our stuff with us. the host even brought a key we forgot to Salzburg trainstation. Excellent service!

We were looking for something cozy, but at the same time with a lot of space for celebration of Christmas with our family of 9 people, and it was just a perfect find! The house is located in a small town not far from Salzburg. You can easily reach the city by bus, but also have a walk in nice surroundings in this town itself. The house is equipped with everything you may need during your stay - all the kitchen appliances, bathroom appliances, tv, big living room area, tea, coffee, and even some products in the fridge. Every detail is thought out, and the design of this house makes you feel like at home. The only thing is that we were planning to make barbecue because the weather was perfect for it, but it turned out that it’s available only in summer. So be aware of this. In overall our whole family is extremely satisfied and enjoyed our Christmas getaway to FeWo! Would love to come back one day.

Myself and my family really enjoyed the stay at the Gutshof Seenland. The host was very kind and the room was nice. We didn't miss anything! Since we had the chance to stay during the annual closing, the kitchen was closed, so I cannot share any insights on the food.
