Breakfast was exceptional with a lot of different choices. The room and kitchen were very clean. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The included regional Joker card and location of the hotel are ideal for hiking trips. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions on how to access our room were well communicated. There was an issue with our room where there was a smell in the drainage in one of the bath rooms. However, the staff was very helpful and eager to upgrade us to another room should the smell persist another day. The staff neutralized the smell with a product and after a day there was some rain which completely cleared the smell.

The soundproof rooms units at the apartment complex are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a a hairdryer and bathrobes. Each unit has a coffee machine, a TV, a safety deposit box and free WiFi, while some rooms have a terrace and some have garden views. All units have a private bathroom, free toiletries and bed linen. What a great apartment. Brand new and good quality. The staff was very helpful. There's a supermarket really near (100 m).
