We could not have asked for better. Silvia & Patrick have created a real gem with AlpenLiving; beautifully modernised apartments in a gorgeous old building right off the main street of Mayrhofen. They have thought of everything & have made the very best use of the space. Clean, comfortable.....we had the best nights sleep every night!!

Aron's intimate knowledge of the area and his refined recommendations enriched our exploration of the surroundings. Every aspect of our stay, from the sublime comfort of the beds to the state-of-the-art amenities, was flawless. This penthouse is the perfect sanctuary for those seeking a blend of adventure and relaxation in the majestic Alps. My gratitude to Aron for making this more than just a vacation; it was an experience steeped in sophistication and warmth that will be cherished forever.

Gästehaus Emberger is loctated amid the scenic Zillertal valley about 1.5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen and 400 metres from the Horbergbahn cable car. Cross-country skiing trails and winter hiking trails pass the property. Easy to see right away why this property has such a high rating. Easily the best guesthouse I've stayed at in Austria! They really thought of everything you might need and you'll feel at home straight away. You're paying less to stay just outside Mayrhofen, but it's worth the savings because it's easy to get around with the ski bus just a one minute walk away. Ski storage and boot drying was perfect too. The proprietor Andreas was so friendly, professional and spoke English very well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
