Free late check-out, 6. Fascinating view from the windows, cozy balcony, 7. Everything is clean, 8. Fully equipped kitchen - you've got everything you need for a week's stay, 9. Nespresso coffee maker with Nespresso capsules (including decaffeinated) replenished daily, 10. Metro station in 10-15 minutes casual walk through Dubai Marina, 11. A supermarket ("Carrefour") on the ground floor, which works 24/7, 12. A liquor store ("African + Eastern") nearby (you only need your passport to buy alcohol as a tourist), 13. A lot of restaurants around with reasonable prices - you can even bargain (at least I've got hookah for 40dhs when it was 100dhs by the menu. And if you order any food, you can get hookah for free).
