The staff were fantastic! Tommy, Alex and the team were super welcoming from the beginning to end and if you ever need any last minute day trips or ideas, they have an agent who can help organise on your behalf! The room was extremely spacious despite what you would see on the outside, fitting a family of 4 nicely, with two bathrooms (enclosed shower and toilet), this was a nice treat for any holiday! The buffet breakfast is pretty standard across hotels we have stayed but overall - satisfies you with western and Vietnamese options - they also allow you to takeaway food in the event you have an early start or need food to go to the airport (cannot recommend this enough for the airport as Noi Bai charges USD as opposed to the local currency)
The location is about a 15 minute walk from Old Quarter but if you do not mind taking a Grab/Taxi or walking, you will not be disappointed! You are also nearby two massage parlours, if you are looking for a good vietnamese massage. We went to "Spas Hanoi" which was overall really good if you are considering on the side.
There are a number of food options as well, so if you are stuck on food options, you will not have any issues planning or have a spontaneous snack to and from the hotel.

People might feel this place is a little further away from the center aka old quarter but I would much recommended and happier to be at this part that is not to noisy, hectic or filled with exhaust polluted air as in the centre of old quarter.
Grab taxi is very cheap to anywhere so such a distant is negligible. Having washing with dryer is gold when travelling with family. Very spacious apartment, even for single bedroom one. Highly recommended on your stay in hanoi.
The staff especially the receptionist are the golden star . Beyond helpful if u asked me. Any issue they try their best to help you..just gold. I can only hope the hotel look after them well in return.

Staff wonderful. Premier apartment was fabulous and huge. Everything you needed. We even were able to wash and driy our laundty with machine in the apartment. Had a lovely pool and even steam, sauna, gym. Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful reception area with piano player. It was about 10/15 mins in a taxi (70k) to old quarter but plenty of places to go around the area also. About 20-30 mins to airport depending on traffic.

Lubi House was a lovely homestay. We interacted with the proprietor mainly through Whatsapp although we didn't get to meet her.
The accommodation was reasonably clean and the area was quiet. I loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter.
We were able to leave our luggage with the grandma staying there, after check out.

Modern apartment located on the 30th floor of the MIPEC Riverside building with excellent views of the Long Bien area of Hanoi. These apartments are very quiet with all conveniences including air con, washing and cooking facilities. While I was on my own it would be suitable for a small family as there are two rooms, en suite and main bathroom. Journey to the airport is quicker than to the Old Quarter.
The apartment was perfect for our short stay to explore around the Westlake area. Even going to the centre is easy with affordable taxis as the area isn't too far off from the main attractions. Lots of international cuisine nearby and the staff was welcoming and pleasurable to deal with during our 2 separate stays!
Delightful, spacious, light, and modern apartment in a very quiet courtyard behind a quiet street. It was absolutely spotless, with quality furnishings plus homely touches so it doesn't feel like a hotel room.
Hieu gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed during our 6-day stay. It was so nice to have cooking facilities and be able to eat on the balcony.
It's also very close to great cafes, street food, shops, train street and other Old Quarter areas, we could walk everywhere.
Nice clean and modern apartments. Really helpful staff. Quiet area. The beds and sofa are quite hard but they were very helpful in changing the mattress for me.
Extremely nice! So many type of apartment from Studio to 1 -2 -3 Bedrooms that are very nice! Booking direct with hotel is always best deals! Email them and ask for a package and they will look after you! The staff are really 10/10 they go over and above! The customer relations staff member who has helped us with our bookings is always so friendly, she recommended good restaurants both tourist and local style. I really have never stayed anywhere nicer.
Excellent self contained apartment in friendly Westlakes neighbourhood. Lots of great cafes around, our favourite is La Studio, vegan just around the corner. Apartment is clean, just like pictures.
We extended our stay from 4 nights to 7 as this is a great spot to stay in Hanoi.
