The location was conveniently close to the Muni stop to get to downtown San Francisco so we didn’t need to use our car. The beach was close by to watch the evening sunset.

The location was a good, but not fancy neighbourhood. There was a wide range of restaurants (somewhat fancy to somewhat shabby) and coffee shops within walking distance. Also lots of public transit options close by, with the cable car right out front (cable cars cost more than buses). The room description matched my expectations (small, fold-out bed), and had a decent sized fridge and microwave.

It was clean and except for the cheap table and chairs, had nice furniture and a fake fireplace in the bedroom and living room. No one else was in the apartment hotel, so I got the whole place to myself.
The location is very convenient. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. Free hot coffee is provided in the lobby. It is very suitable for a one-night short stay when transferring flights.
We arrived at 3:00 in the morning because our flight fromWashington D.C. was delayed when a storm moved over D.C. The night manager responded quickly to the bell. Then we needed to be at the car rental place at 5:00, so we only had 2 hours to rest and close our eyes. All went well. The room was comfortable and quiet. Alas, we didn’t even use the shower.
We just stayed one night near the airport and our car rental place. The location is convenient for both, but otherwise, it's not somewhere you'd hang out. Coming off a long flight, we were just pleased to get there quickly and that there was an IHOP and convenience store nearby to grab a bite and some toothpaste. The room had a bit of a musty smell (definitely an older building), but it seemed pretty clean overall. I wasn't expecting anything glamorous, which was fine for our purposes.
There was a free airport shuttle, however was very difficult to find it, accommodation didn't answer email questions or phone. Relied on other travelers reviews online to find details. Room was basic, however bed was very comfortable. IHOP next door was 24hours and very convenient for late arrivals and short stays/turnarounds.
Very well located for those flying next day, walking distance from the long time parking place of the airport from where there is a free shuttle train to the airport. Personnel was very friendly. It is also directly in front of Fox car rental, very convenient.
