Quiet neighborhood and plenty of privacy. Good views for morning and night with plenty of sun. The elevator was especially handy for hauling in and out bags and groceries. Big beds were super comfortable and everything was tidy. Everything was just perfect and labeled to help us identify what was what, very helpful. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is a mini-mart next door, doesn't have a lot of specialty items, but can find some necessities people may forget or run out of.

Hands down, my favorite thing about the propety is the absolutely stunning view showcased by floor to ceiling windows across the entire front of the unit. The Sand & Sea complex is close to town, has easy and ample parking, quick elevators, rolling luggage carts, and a pool with restrooms and showers. Our unit, #304 was perfect for us. Some reviews commented about the dated decor. We didn’t mind at all because all the important stuff was new or almost new and everything was very clean. All of the appliances were new or nearly new; frig, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender, washer, drier, tv, and barbecue. The unit is so spacious! There is a large well stocked kitchen with an island with 3 barstools, a dining table with 6 chairs, a sleeper couch, a big recliner, a big comfy rocker with an ottoman and a wooden rocker. The balcony is also spacious and has 2 chairs and a side table. There is a gas fireplace as well. I loved this unit!
