Cozy 1 bdr/1br near downtown features city views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Sacramento, 37 km from University of California, Davis. The property is around 3.6 km from California State University Sacramento, 7.2 km from Punch Line Sacramento and 10 km from California State Capitol and Museum. The apartment has family rooms.

Apartment was equipped with cooking, eating utensils and basic supplies (spices, coffee) unlike many places we have stayed. When we lived in Jackson, we probably drove past this property 100 times or more and never noticed it. We're glad we found it. It may seem like a sketchy location but it was safe and convenient to visiting friends in south Sac. Apartment has good shower with hot water, comfy bed, and full kitchen. Probably our highest recommendation is that we are staying there again.

The property seemed all redone other than the popcorn ceilings - nicer than I expected! The staff all went above and beyond, and breakfast was awesome we had the breakfast flatbread and it was excellent! We were able to pay half the price of staying in downtown Sacramento and we just took an Uber to our show downtown

the parking lot was small, the other guests don’t know how to stay in the lines. the bed was hard, the pillows were flat and old. the walls has holes in the bathroom. the place needs some TLC the first room I was in, room 104, the fridge did not work, the a/c did not work. the mattress , the springs stuck out it was like the hooker room. they switched rooms , at least the A/c worked and the fridge but over all the room needs repairs.

Beautiful rooms! Super clean and perfect for a family. My room came with a kitchenette and you can cook. I basically had a 1 bedroom apartment with a pullout bed/couch and a living room with 2 TVs. Hotel service was extremely kind and I love the new technology here. Very pleased with Homewood suites! By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. And so worth the price, affordable luxury with great amenities.

We always love the suites at Double Tree! :) The bed was comfy, but somehow we only got super flat pillows.
