Extremely clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated in general, but also for Xmas. Wonderful owners living upstairs. Perhaps not all guests should expect this, but they invited us to a quiet Xmas dinner with great local cuisine.

Minutes from downtown and all NOLA has to offer. You can easily catch the streetcar nearby if you're on foot. We love having separate beds for the kiddos. The entire house is beautiful and easy to get to. Plenty of space for all of us and adequate kitchen equipment. No pantry staples at all though, so bring your ground coffee and salt and pepper. We plan to stay here again next time we're in town if it's available.
