The location was conveniently close to the Muni stop to get to downtown San Francisco so we didn’t need to use our car. The beach was close by to watch the evening sunset.

The location was a good, but not fancy neighbourhood. There was a wide range of restaurants (somewhat fancy to somewhat shabby) and coffee shops within walking distance. Also lots of public transit options close by, with the cable car right out front (cable cars cost more than buses). The room description matched my expectations (small, fold-out bed), and had a decent sized fridge and microwave.

The property was beautiful however they overcharged me for parking, which was really ridiculous. I got charged a couple times when I should've only paid one flat fee. The front desk was very unhelpful. They did not want to help me reimburse the money so I was stuck with the charge.
Great breakfast! Convenient place to stay after picking up our rental car after a long haul flight, before getting on the road the next day. We had food when we arrived at the hotel bar right before it closed at 10pm. The running/walking trails were perfect to stretch our legs when we woke up early.
Great location for what it is and that is a short stay airport hotel. Very clean and well presented with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport.
The breakfast was one of the nicest I have had in hotels and well worth including in the cost.

Breakfast was good. The male staff (chief ) was quite unfriendly and seemed to be more interested in cashing the money in than in letting the guests feel confortable.
I stayed in bay landing for a week, every day I find new reason to like it more, great location, close to airport and car rental, tons of restaurant around, spacious room, awesome view facing the airport runway with beautiful waterfront scene, light noises from airport runways but not to a level of disturbance at all. Great front desk staffs.
Good parking, staff very friendly, nice selection of items in the little store downstairs. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Love the large flat screen.
