This was our third visit to Istanbul. The extra services provided by the facility are extraordinary. Since it was my wife's birthday, I asked the attendant to prepare a birthday cake and flowers. It was a great organization in a very short time. There were minor deficiencies in the facility, but the staff made up for them with their smiling faces and sincerity.

A very cute and cozy historic stay in Balat. The house had everything you could need and they even had a stocked fridge full of drinks, snacks and Turkish breakfast, it was so kind. There was a washing machine, which was super helpful after 7 days of travel and soap available. There were even adapaters for the outlets which was so helpful. The best part was that the host was so kind and helpful in suggestions restuarants and a great hamam in the area. I would definately stay here again. Our only regret is that we didn't stay in Balat longer because there are so many cute shops and cafe in walking distance to explore.
