Nice, new building. My room was spacious. It looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean, which is very important for me. The staff is very polite and helpful. Some people wrote it's on a high ground so u need a car! I don't know honestly what people do in Trabzon if they don't have a car. All the nice places are at least an hour away in the mountains. So u need anyway a car. U can't get around without a car. I wouldn't rely on taxis. They'll rip u off. The important thing they have a parking lot in this hotel. My advice, no matter where u book, don't book in the center. Driving there is a nightmare.

Two lifts and very quick. Good for family short stay. Shops and foods are very nearby. Nearby shopping mall and good place for kids to play. There’s not restaurant at the building but there are many nearby that can walk.
