Very good location, very close to lunapark (amusement park), park, tram stop (T1) like a circle line goes around and cover all the main area including ulu cami, koza han, kent meydani and 20 minutes walk to ulu cami and bursa grand bazar if you like walking. All staff speak good english and they are very helpful whenever you ask for help. Nice stay, next to masjid and quite neighbourhood.

Our stay at Pera Pansiyon was incredible, from the moment we arrived we were met with such warm hospitality. The receptionist was so lovely and helpful. We were surprised with a free room upgrade and the room was beautiful and it smelt amazing too 😍 The accommodation is located in the centre of Bursa, walking distance from so many amazing sights and the hugeee grand bazaar. We had a wonderful 2 days in Bursa, we wished we could have stayed longer. We'd definitely recommend Pera Pansiyon and we would 100% stay here again ☺️ Thank you for making our stay beautiful

The amazing location and good view.
The apartment is so clean and very well equipped.the suburb is too quite .If have car it will be near from the most places and 10 min from the down town .
The flat is very large and can easily accommodate more than ten guests. Mr. Abbas, the owner, is a friendly and cooperative man. We had forgotten our phone in the apartment, which he promptly sent to our Istanbul hotel via courier on time. His efforts and cooperation were much appreciated.
