You can take van from Mo Chit BTS station exit 4 and it will drop you outside the outlet stores which are 5 minutes away from the apartment. There's also a van station on the 2nd floor of Cosmo Bazaar close by with vans going to Victory Monument. The room is well equipped, but it's more like an old rental room so lower your expectations.

Location is near Impact Arena. It takes you a few minutes with low price to go there by Grab/Bolt bike.
The room is inside old condo but it's well-furnished, and spacious. You can stay there comfortably with a group of 2-3 persons.
The staff is helpful. They give you instruction how to enter the room before you come
Very clean apartment. There is everything you need. Easy check in and check out. The most helpful landlord I have ever met (I forgot kid's t-shirt and she delivered it to me).

Very nice place to stay. Clean and tidy. I enjoyed swimming pool and gym in building and would definitely recommend this apartment even for long term stay. Close by is shopping center with food court.

Everything is great, there are many amenities under the apartment. Quiet space, spacious room. I came to Thailand to go to a concert and the hotel was extremely close to the IPACT ARENA area, walking or taking a grab was extremely close
It's a clean and nice apartment, next to shopping malls and restaurants. It's located inside an apartment compound. So you really feel local.
There is no reception but the contact to the owner was very fast and extremely supportive.
Comfortable condo for a short stay. I had no problems checking in, but I can understand some people having problems as this is a remotely managed property. I found it quite cool to be in the "Cyberpunk" style mega block teaming with local life.
