I was amazed by the size and quality of the apartments, and the staff were excellent; they were always friendly and very helpful. We stayed 8 nights (originally booked for 6, but extended) and found the rooms and facilities very clean and comfortable. The pool was also very relaxing with lots of chairs/tables available to enjoy snacks and drinks. Nearby (five minutes walk) there is a large outdoor food market with excellent food for low prices (opens late afternoon). We ate there most nights because the food was better than in the more popular tourist locations. The beach is a short walk away and in the area, there are also many small restaurants, bars, and massage stores. Many friends who were staying at a five-star resort visited our apartments and commented that they wished they had booked this place.

Nice big room with flat TV and ensuite bathroom. Relatively clean except the pungy smell of cigarette smoke. Location is good, and within walking distance to the pier or beach. 7/11 and food options close by too.
We had a great time staying at this place. The owner is super nice, he even offered to drive us to the bus station, took us to the motorbike rental. Highly recommend this place for anyone.
I had read that that the staff was friendly but I had no idea they where overtly helpful. They stopped short of taking me on a grand tour of Pattaya personally. They gave me a rundown of the do,s and don't s of Pattaya , showed me the best places for bike rentals, places to eat. and on and on. Never a frown, always extremely helpful and requests are instantaneous, I have traveled extensivly and I have never seen this level of service. Well done Thai smiles .
I have stayed at this hotel three times and each time I was very pleased with my stay. Unusual rooms with wooden decor, friendly staff, very green area, daily thorough cleaning, absolute security. I will tell you about the main advantage of this hotel: it is a quiet and secluded place, where you can really relax, but at the same time, there is a decent coffee shop and an excellent restaurant with European cuisine nearby. Also, this hotel offers free bike rental. I was very pleased.
