I was amazed by the size and quality of the apartments, and the staff were excellent; they were always friendly and very helpful. We stayed 8 nights (originally booked for 6, but extended) and found the rooms and facilities very clean and comfortable. The pool was also very relaxing with lots of chairs/tables available to enjoy snacks and drinks. Nearby (five minutes walk) there is a large outdoor food market with excellent food for low prices (opens late afternoon). We ate there most nights because the food was better than in the more popular tourist locations. The beach is a short walk away and in the area, there are also many small restaurants, bars, and massage stores. Many friends who were staying at a five-star resort visited our apartments and commented that they wished they had booked this place.

Everything was 200% I couldn’t have dreamt of a better place! The apartment was fabulous, very classy decor. Sea view from the living room and from the bedroom… the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The swimming pools are breathtaking! Meedy who took care of me at my arrival was lovely and he brings me back my phone charger when I realised i forgot it after checking out.
Next time I will come back to Pattaya, I will stay there again, no better place than this condo! The location was on top with the night market just next door and all the shops and restaurants. My only regret was not booking a longer stay.

Does everything it said it would do! Huge apartment, splendidly clean, everything works - aircon, fridge, microwave, safe, two showers etc etc. Efficient, attentive- small aircon problem fixed immediately!

Location ok can get baht bus in 4 minute walk to any where. Host very understanding due to me having to leave early -due to oppressive heat and humidity in June -as I usually go in January, So merci - and waived electricity and water charges thanks for that.
