The apartment is just great! You will not find such comfort and beauty in a five-star hotel. Most of all we was struck by the views from the window of the Temple and the ocean!
The beach on the territory of the building is the cleanest in Pattaya, it is almost private. Gorgeous pool and building area. We will definitely come back here.

The location is excellent. Close to everything you need....barbers, massage, bars, restaurants, shops and the beach.
The pool, gym and lounge facilities were lovely too.
I rented direct from the owner via Booking.com rather than through the hotel and despite us having a slight issue on the day of checkout, i.e., I accidentally broke something which I had to pay to replace, everything went smoothly without any problems.
Would stay again and have already indicated that I may be back in 4wks.
