A quiet spot in a busy part of town. The staff, location and facilities are great. My accommodation was upgraded on arrival and included a small kitchen which was very useful. A really good place at a very good price. Exceeded my expectations - I will certainly stay here again!

The friendliest, most welcoming host in all the places I have stayed in Thailand 😁 Lovely, clean, spacious room with amazing view from the balcony. Really quiet despite only being 7 minutes walk to the night market/7-11 and 10 minutes to the beach. A really generous supply of tea and coffee in the room too, and lovely smelling clean towels! Location, cleanliness, features and all facilities. Everything you could think of was available in the condo - furniture, cutlery, dishes, bin bags, bottles of water on arrival, frisbees, bodyboard..you name it. Flat was handed over spotless clean and all appliances and furnishings were perfect. Beds were comfortable, lounge and wifi was excellent too. The flat is in a community set-up so has its own little mini-mart, has an onsite clubhouse. Absolutely great views from the balcony.
I haven't had the opportunity for a long time to have such a nice apartment for a moderate price. The apartment is equipped with solid furniture, very spacious, as is the bathroom. The kitchen is spacious with many accessories and utensils. My wife enjoyed cooking in it. The terrace is beautiful and overlooks the hustle and bustle of the street. I must not forget the massive, wide and comfortable bed.
On top of that, I must not forget to mention the friendly owner.
