The place is very simple -- no frills -- but the rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, has a mini fridge, wifi works great, and the AC is very cold. I assume the TV was fine but I didn't try it so can't say. Owner and all the staff are super friendly. I'll go back for sure when I need place in Chonburi

Staff very helpful. Close to beach, 711 shop and hospital. It appeared to be a busy complex but everyone was very quiet. No door banging etc.
