Winrisa place has all the facilities I needed. If you're coming from the airport and want to stop off as soon as possible, this is the place. The staff were so friendly, recommending me tips on how to get the best taxi deals and how to lock the door, etc. As a solo female traveller, taking time for these things was really appreciated! The bed was super comfortable, air con was brilliant, there was a fridge, free drinking water and coffee sachets. Super clean, too.

Our daughter felt like a queen during our stay, the breakfast was incredible each day (choice of a main dish, fruit platter and toast with tea and coffee!) and kept us full until dinner, we chose to eat at the Wayla Restaurant three times (would recommend the massaman curry and the chicken and cashew nuts, tried my first ever coconut here and we also had a lovely fried fish on the first night too) as the food was amazing and our four year old loved the margarita pizza (she’s in a plain food stage!). There are plenty of other places to eat too, and a useful little supermarket and ATM a short walk away.
We were the only people at the pool each time we went to use it so it felt like a private space (obviously down to chance!). The beach was a short walk away, unfortunately it does have a lot of rubbish on it but close to the sea was clear and they put out flags to warn you when it’s dangerous to swim. We walked all the way to the spot where the planes take off overhead, there’s a few food stalls there which was a good reward for the effort.
We felt a bit guilty because we didn’t travel outside of Mai Khao and see more of Thailand, we have moved to Malaysia for work and wanted a well deserved lazy break, and Wayla Villa gave us that and more. The people working at the villa and restaurant were all lovely, very helpful and made our daughter smile. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Very clean, got the essentials you need at good price.
We rented a car so we drove this 2 minutes to the airport, but they offer a free shuttle when-ever you ask.

Check in was super quick and the room we booked was absolutely huge. We had 2 double beds, a sofa, great luggage area, full fridge with freezer compartment and a big bathroom. The shower and AC were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location was super useful for the airport - a ten minute walk to international departures and there’s a 7/11 5 minutes away. Incredibly good value!

Very close to airport. Stay the night and Google rental motorbikes around and you'll find bikes for rent to get into town that'll be a lot cheaper than catching a taxi or grab. This may only apply if you have carry on luggage only.
Clean and modern hostel that's very close to the airport (walking distance). The pool is accessible 24/7 which is awesome! The beds were clean and comfy and the curtains provide privacy. You get a bottle of water when you check in and they offer bike rentals and printing services.
Perfect short stay before catching an early flight in the morning :) lovely big, clean room, nice manager, close to the airport! Approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the airport :) 7/11 nearby and a few restaurants to choose from :) done the job!
We stayed here for 1 night before our flight, a few minutes walk from the airport and next to 7eleven, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay, very quiet and could barely hear the planes which surprised us
This is new hostel very near airport. Room and all facilities are very clean and they provide free shuttle from the airport. Staffs are very friendly and helpful that they even come to the airport to pick me up with their own car since their shuttle service was over after midnight! Very ideal place for short stay to catch the flight! Everything was good and will definitely stay this place again!!
The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful although they don't speak any English.
The room is big and spacious and clean.
The bed is big and very comfortable.
The air conditioning works pretty well cooling your room well.
Curtains black out very well, so no light will wake you up in the morning.
The hotel location is good for a very short stay. Good infrastructure nearby.
