The nicely renovated apartment has a super great location in the middle of Socha valley. Short drive to almost anywhere. Couple of minutes to Bovec, where you find anything you may need.

The apartment was very modern and exceptionally clean. The location is good, being only 10 minutes drive from Bovec and very close to the Boka waterfall. Parking in front of the property was also useful. Everything you need is there – washing machine, drying rack and heater for drying wet clothes. The kitchen is well equipped, and Andrej even left us some raspberries from the garden, butter, potatoes and other bits to eat. The apartment is air conditioned and quiet. It’s also very close to the excellent pizzeria and cute little supermarket.

Every thing was fabulous. This apartment is brand new everything is new and in a good shape. 10 steps away there is a small market so you can get anything. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical you need

We like everything, because it is really great apartment. The comfortable bed, good shower, toilet and a washing machine. Nice kitchenette equiped with a coffee maker, cattle, fridge plus freezer, microwave, dishwashing machine. Terase with a grill and marvellous mountain view. Exclusive sauna in a bedroom. Totally, it is fantastic and we will come back.

Area consists of 2 houses (one family). In the main house there are 3 apartments: one for a family which lives there, other 2 are for guests (each one has separate part in the house to guarantee peace and quiet. Other houses are rather far away. The village is small and quiet but there are 2 very good and reasonably priced restaurants plus a shop. These apartments are the very end of village - few serpentines up (far away from the road, but with comfortable connection by car). You are surrounded by green hills and mountains, wonderful big garden, there are sheep (not disturbing, behind the fence). It is like in fairy tale. I'm literally envious for the owners to live in such a place :). Owners are very friendly and helpful. The son with his partner speaks very good English. With parents we were also able to communicate with the mixture of English, Polish, Slovenian... You can use shed to grill or anything else even in case of rain. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Comparing to other apartments in Julian Alps area we received excellent value to money ratio which is always my primary goal: to get above average value for below average price. Usually I manage to get such ratio - but rarely I manage to live in a fairy tale like I did this time ;) We spent there 6 nights.

After arrival we were welcomed by owner. Very friendly family. They show us apartment, basic introduction about kitchen, bathroom, where to park the car, where to do for grossery, where is near pub....

We enjoyed the stay because of very nice host, excelently spacious and recently reconstructed appartment with well equiped kitchen, large closed terasse, modern bathroom and in the evening also 100% running WiFi. Perfect location for adrenaline activities in the surroundings (Bovec, Kobarit) with local market next to the appartment. I would definitely recommend it for families.
