Very convenient to have a nice, modern, spacious place to stay for the night after doing the wine tasting on site (just a few flights down in the wine cellar). What a relief to finish the tasting and just have to walk up a few flights of stairs into bed :)

Vipava is a charming little town to stay in while exploring the area’s wineries, farms, caves, etc. There are several restaurants in town and we walked to the square each morning for pastries and coffee at Bar pri Marjanci.
Two couples were traveling together and we rented both rooms. The rooms are very clean and super-well designed. Robi went out of his way to ensure we could easily drop off luggage and park nearby, and he also gave us great recommendations for location wineries. I highly recommend.

The apartment was clean, super spacious, and exactly as advertised. Aleksandra and the Tomazic family were so kind and welcoming, we had a wonderful wine tasting as well. The location was perfect for exploring the Vipava Valley.
We loved everything about this apartment. It was basic yet beautifully done with lots of little extras. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and convenient. It felt fresh and new. It was the sweetest little apartment that we have ever stayed in.
The house is very nice and comfortable. The host is very friendly and spent time in recommending sights to visit. The apartment is very spacious with well equipped kitchen.
Great location off the town square. Restaurants and bars close by. Very well supplied one bedroom apartment with ample space. The hosts were very nice and friendly. It also had a very nice patio area/courtyard to relax. Very clean and quiet. Definitely would return again!
Theodosius Vipava Valley was truly amazing. Andreja was the most incredible hostess, custom marking a map for us, welcoming us with wine, arranging a driver to take us to dinner and pick us up, and truly made every detail magical. I can't wait to go back. The rooms are super clean and the hot tubs we an added surprise. We love all of the space to hang out, and appreciated the e-bike rental, as well as ample breakfast options.

If you are looking for a stay away from it all this is great. One very good restaurant in town and supermarket about 3kms away. Kitchen adequate for self catering. Has outdoor seating for admiring the peace and quiet as well as eating outdoors
Idyllic location in de middle of a winery. Very spacious and new apartment. Big balcony with view on the vineyard. Good shower and bed. Cooking was possible, we cooked twice.
