Very communicating and flexible host: once we set up a time and place to meet up he came to walk with us to the apartment. The apartment is large and very well light, everything is spotlessly clean, towels and soap laid out like a hotel. We liked the farm. The owner and his family were very welcoming. They even offered us some cheese made on the farm! The village was very peaceful and lovely with a beautiful little church with real bells. We had a good hike near the village. The place was also close to a great swimming hole on the river.

The owner could not have been more helpful we were a group of five cyclists and the facilities were reasonably basic but that wasn't important what was important was the wonderful warm welcome and the fantastic breakfast The owner is a butcher please try his sausage .Our departure was significantly delayed due to torrential thunderstorms but he helped us with information support taxis and weather forecast to enable us to proceed with our journey PS visit to the mine museum is well worth it

A very clean, quiet and very large renovated apartment in a beautiful forested area close to Ljubljana. The host was very nice and welcoming. He even made sure we had food in the fridge, bread and cookies for the next day! The schnapps were homemade and delicious. He even drove around to find us when we went on a hike in the hills around the village when it started raining, to pick us up! His stories about the history of the village were very interesting. And it is within walking distance to restaurant Gric. We would recommend everyone to stay here and we will definitely be back when we visit the area again.
