The apartment was excellent, very clean and nicely decorated. The water for the shower was nice and hot. Everything we needed worked well and seemed fairly new. There is an assortment of beverages in the frige, if you are into that kind of thing, for a price. Coffee, tea and flat water were available and free. It is a very comfortable apartment with all you need for a night or for a longer stay. It had its own parking spot and the apartment itself is super easy to find. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours.
