Comfortable location, close to a shopping mall and a number of bus stops yet pushed back so not loud with traffic. Fairly clean. I stayed there twice (few days each time) and the apartment was clean up and sheets/towels changed in between. (Definitely preferred the sheets the second time, much softer). Nice owner, responding to questions and flexible with check out which was a real help for me. Decent internet even to work remotely although noticed it crashing if I had the TV on at the same time (fine for casual use, browsing with TV on just not my workload).

Because of my back injuries, I need a good and firm madras to sleep on - and this apartment has the perfect madras. I have never slept better in any hotel room or rental apartment, ever. If you enjoy a large Smart TV screen, this is the perfect size for the distance to the really comfortable sofa to watch it from. What made us choose this apartment in the first place, was the air-condition system - on a really warm summer day, it makes all the difference, when you need to sleep. The underground parking area is wonderful and clean, with access through an elevator as well - great for transporting the heavy suitcases to the apartment.
