The receptionist was so accommodating and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised on the size of the room and what it offered. I guess we weren't paying attention to the fact that it was a studio suite.
No A/C but a ceiling fan that was more than adequate. Right out the window is a very popular spot for tourists and locals and a tilting pedestrian bridge. Although the bridge has a warning signal and announcement it will be going up it didn't do this during the night. Yes it can be a little noisy but it also quiets down during the evening allowing you to keep the window open. Great location. Would for sure stay again if passing through Gdansk.

I enjoyed the rich breakfast very much. Further it was most beautiful to have a room in this hotel being in the ancient centre, just walking out and being at the Dluga. Staff was helpful and polite at any time.
