The staff was not competent and rude. The Hotel charged double payment and didn't refund me money.
I dont like the service at all.
I asked for refund and called hotel several times with proven bank statement transactions. My hotel was charged double.
It seems like fraud. One guy came to my room with payment machine and took payment. On the day check out host came and charged again. No refund was issued.
