TL;DR: as an apartment this place is great.
The place is in an amazing place, straight from the window there is a view over Tatra Mountains, right behind the house you can go for a walk to see Pieniny Mountains. It's close to get by car everywhere - to the thermal baths, to Pieniny Mountais, or Tatra Mountains. The kitchen was well equipped, parking area was good, it was quiet. The owner was very nice and helpful. The apartment is on the ground floor, the owner lives upstairs.
