The apartment hotel was really good, it was clean and well put together. However, we felt it was a bit overpriced for what we got. My huge bugbear would be, no TV in the bedroom. I felt that they could have put a small TV in the bedroom.
I have to give props for the cleanliness of the apartment, it was spotless. I have phobia of dirty glasses, but all glasses were clean and very shiny, I really appreciated that. All cutlery, plates & cups were super-clean.
I bought my workout clothes and did my workout in the lounge on the floor. While laying on the floor I could see under the fridge through vents and could see that there was no dirt whatsoever, it was very clean.
Finally, the staff were excellent and very helpful. We had breakfast in the breakfast room next door and was told by hotel staff that we would receive a discount if we told staff that we’re staying at that hotel.
We told staff but they didn’t give us a discount. We spoke with hotel staff and they spoke to staff from the breakfast room and we were given back some money. This was appreciative, we were very grateful.
We would probably stay there again if prices were reduced and a TV was in the bedroom.

Room was well decorated and very clean. Communal area with teas/coffee and umbrellas was a lovely touch. Also excellent and prompt contact with the hosts- able to answer any questions and arrange transport from the airport. Lift looks a little intimidating and is old but it is true to the style/age of the building and fun to use (you might have to hold the doors shut as you go).

I was so happy to stay here. You can feel an atmosphere of old Krakow, but at the same time it is modern and cosy. The host is very helpful, breakfast very tasty. Staying here was one of the best things of my stay. If I am coming to Krakow again, I would probably come back here!
