The hostess was very friendly on the phone, she was able to give us a different room. It was an appartment with sauna, we LOVED it. Also enjoyed the jacuzzi outside! There is a busstop and station nearby to Zakopane but beware the english of the driver isn't always good.

We booked an apartment and the carpet is so stained and smells terrible. This apartment requires refurbishment and deep cleaning. Not worth the money at all. The only plus is the views.

1st the building is amazing 😻 for all folk lovers or wood work... OMG. I was so fascinated by inside and outside look. Owner was so nice and explained everything. For welcoming we got some bread and special spread for it. It was nice play room with dinning area. Unfortunately we couldn't stay for breakfast but Def. We will come back for winter season. Beds was so comfortable. Everything very clean. Shower was walk in with a lot of space. We are so glad that we stayed there!!!
