Amazing location right on the waterfront of Russell. Beautifully updated rooms, lovely bathroom, close to everything. Great that they had smart TV so I could use my streaming services. Sky Sport available which was great to watch the All Blacks' match. Easy parking. Four Square and restaurants within a few steps. Easy after-hours check-in process.

We loved our 5-night stay at Te Minaaki Villa. It was ideally located for us to explore the BOI area, enjoy walks to Long Beach and Russell town centre as well as soak up the beautiful views over the bay from our deck.

Very nice apartment with separate bedroom in the center of Russel. Has everything you need, including your own big furnished terrace and bbq. Perfect for long or short stays. Very friendly owner.

Lovely clean rooms which smelt good. Offered another studio apartment to use rather than just adding another bed to our room to sleep 6 people, all for the same price. We have stayed here before, and we will definitely stay here in the future. Thanks Motel Russell.
Everything was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful view from the balcony, wonderful studio flat with everything we needed. Special thanks to Tracy and William for being such kind hosts. A short drive to Russell, which was very convenient, but we felt lucky and grateful to have a place like the Fantail Mill to return to each day.
