This penthouse deserves its name a 100 percent: it’s absolutely excellent in every respect and was built, designed and furnished up to the highest standards possible - technologically, quality- and design-wise. I think the (wealthy?) owners invested an enormous amount of money in order to use it themselves as a holiday flat. We were really overwhelmed when we arrived - and quite upset when we had to leave. Its location in Svolvært is also perfect - quiet, but only a two minutes walk from Hurtigruten Terminal and the beautiful sea promenade and main square.

It was easy to find with the instructions I received, and the apartment was just like home! Everything we needed was there, and more. It was also convenient to the shops, buses and ferries. Our time in Svolvaer was outstanding, in part due to this accommodation being so homely.

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. It is well equipped with things you need during your stay, so you can focus on your trip or just having a rest. Stayed only one night during a road trip through Lofoten, we had everything we needed and the owner quickly answered all questions. Only one small thing to improve: a microwave would be nice to quickly warm some food.
