The comfy house feels like be at home. The host are super helpful and kind. He has suggested the best place to see the Northern Light but unfortunately we did not see it due to bad weather. In good weather, it can be seen at the homestay itself. It was heavy snow fall on our last night. He has updated us the weather status and advised the best time for us to start the journey to Tromso on the next day. We should take his advice instead of we left earlier hours and ended up we got stucked due to avalanche which happen in 20years. He kept checking on our condition until we were back on road.

Lofoton Islands...beautiful. Sunset. Warmer coastal climate (Oct 19, 2023). Very nice dinner at Fiskekrogen. (Apple Maps struggled with the final 100 feet. Restaurant front door not easy to find. You will find it. it is worth it) The apartment was very modern. Good view to the sea. Host is a gardener, nice landscaping.

Very cozy and lovely decorated. We felt welcome and at home. Wished we had booked more nights than three. Very good kitchen eqiupment: e.g toaster, casserole dish, pasta strainer, oil (that's what we've been missing in our other apartments during the holiday)
