The location, that the bathroom and kitchen was clean, that the bed was comfortable. That there was a fan, a stool to put your shoes on, a towelrack and tiny close-up mirror in the bathroom. And that most of the facilities worked the way they were supposed to. And that dish soap and sponges were already provided.

late check-in, early check-out. Needed a room for the night and OPUS 209 met all expectations. Very friendly reception, clean and very quiet during the night. All I needed for the short stay was available. Value for money.
Fantastic apartment hotel in the heart of town. I wish we had longer to stay in Zwolle to fully appreciate all of the amenties. We especially enjoyed the larger shower and coffee making supplies.
It was lovely to stay in a real Dutch home, having admired these old farmhouses for many years. Our apartment was a converted barn and had lots of character but was clean and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The pigs were friendly and the gardens were beautiful.

fantastic studio apartment. fully kitted out and very clean. spacious and light. host provided refreshments and loads of food in fridge for snacks and breakfast. large clean shower room. and storage for bikes. location perfect. on doorstep of old town, but situated across the big canal so you don’t hear any noise from bars.
