It’s a wonderful historic house in the village of Grootschermer with all amenities. Location is perfect for car and especially bike trips throughout Northen Holland. It’s secluded and peaceful but within 5-minute drive to De Rijp where there is a super market and good bus connection to Amsterdam Central (2x per hour). There are a number of good restaurants ( in Grootschermer, Noordeinde and De Rijp) and lots of sightseeing attractions.

We really enjoyed the location and the apartment itself, as well as the atmosphere of this small town. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook or make tea. The hosts were friendly and pleasant, offering helpful advice. It’s convenient to get to Amsterdam by car or bus.

The apartment is beautiful. very close to the city center, the mall, the supermarket. Everything you need is by a walkable distance. easy to arrive. We enjoy our stay. Clean, the owner was very kind. if you want to visit Purmered, this apartment is the best place to stay.

Unfortunately we don't like anything. I think the only advantage is that this apartment is very close to the village of Zaanse Schans (tourist spot with windmills).
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
This is a self catering facility - The accomodation we had was a loft, consisting of a washroom / shower, bedroom and living area with plenty of space and a small but adequate kitchenette - and a stair top space for storage.
I can't fault it - what I needed was there and what I didn't need wasn't. The bedroom was clean, simple and comfortable, the whole set up was wonderful.
Lovely apartment in a quiet area half an hour away by bus from Amsterdam Centraal. Area is perfect if you're into running. Apartment is cosy and Marit is lovely, she was always in touch if you needed her and she helped us out with a couple of things. You can get a combination of buses from right outside the apartment to go to Amsterdam for about 5€, or you can walk 20 minutes and get a single bus that will drop you off there. Great stay.
Friendly owner, lovely quiet location, well located near a town for getting a bus to Amsterdam, and interesting landscapes around. Apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Charming place for reasonable money. Nice apartment with all necessary facilities (incl. comfottable tempure double bed), small and cozy garden, hospitable and ready to assist owner (helped with free transfer from/to train station, and rented bikes), beautifull nature around...
The place was big and spacious with a private entrance.
