Spacious and right in the old town, close to a supermarket. Spacious kitchen and we enjoyed cooking here. Highly recommend. Owners live around the corner and responded quickly. We stayed for 4 nights and room was serviced halfway.

The location was perfect, the walk from the train station was about a 25 min walk along the water, and the street its located on was so pretty and peaceful. The interior is stunning, the beds were very comfortable and the shower had wonderful pressure. It was also very kind that coffee and tea was provided :) thank you! Would 100% recommend and stay in future.

We stayed at one of the appartments, 30B, the bigger one. It was really nice. Comfy bed, nice living room area, kitchen with all important necessities. Also the bathroom offered some nice small items like body lotion, shower gel and shampoo. There is also a hairblower.
The location is also good. Really close to the old town of Alkmaar and the Kaasemarkt.
We arrived by train, meaning we had to walk from the Alkmaar Stationsweg train station to the apartment for about 20min.
Communication with the owner also worked effortlessly.

Everything. It was cute and a little quirky, but we loved it. We had a little difficulty finding it but that's because we arrived too soon and the owner hadn't sent us the instructions yet. The location near a canal in the beautiful old city is wonderful. Several cafes and pubs nearby and pleasant walk along the canal brings you to a nice Spar grocery store.

Nynke and Frank were super friendly hosts and made the stay very pleasant. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable.
The location is right at the entrance to the dunes where you can enjoy the nature surroundings.

We passed some days during this summer and we had such a great time. The flat was very nice, it has everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well equipped, it has an oven, dishwasher, stove, and nice size fridge. The size of the place was enough for us (3 adults, 1 kid). It has a nice terrace in front of the flat which was fantastic to chill after a beach day. The staff was super friendly and available at all times. The place is located within a 5 min walk of the beach, which is awesome.
Menno was really friendly. The apartment was so clean, tidy and the attention to detail was great - it had everything you needed - including things like hand soap, toilet rolls, tea towels etc. We arranged for bedding to be provided which was also excellent. Location was super! Right next to the dunes and, for us, away from the other 'tourist' areas so was completely private. Shops were about 1km away but a wonderful walk either through the town or over the dunes. We can fully recommend staying here!
The little apartment had everything you would need for a short stay. Tastefully furnished, clean, everything is modern and working perfectly well. The instructions from the owner were clear and Jolien was very helpful with my additional questions and requests. The location is also great - just at the edge of the large forest leading into the dunes.
