The room had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. About a 10min walk from the hotel is a shopping mall with a supermarket and a lot of restaurants, although Cityden also has its own restaurant. About 3min away from the hotel is a direct tram line that takes you to the city center, it takes about 20-30min to get to the center, depending on the waiting time and how crowded it gets. It’s also close to the airport, and takes about 20-30min to get there, although you need to switch two transportation modes.

Excellent communication with our host began before our stay and continued. We were able to drop our bags several hours before check in which allowed us to make the most of the day. Sander met us when we dropped our luggage and explained everything about the property as well as confirming the details for access when we got back. The property has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, everything is quality and luxurious comfort throughout. The location is fantastic and we are already looking forward to another stay!

Room was at road level so people could see us as they walk by, but we could cover the windows by the curtains. Anything other than that it was perfect.

I had one of the small apartments on the ground floor. It was quiet and comfortable and therefore everything I needed for a short stay. For me, it was about location being near to my client site.
I upgraded for an extra cost and had to go self catering, this was to be a surprise for my wife she was expecting to be treated better than having to self cater. All hotels we have stayed in do have clean towels and coffee placed in the room each day .the upgrade was not explained very well I have read the details of both the studio and apartment and they are both the same which one is right? We were both disappointed with the so called upgrade for the extra expense very disappointed not as good as your other Cityden. Ian Smythe.
The vibes in this property are really good. Location is great as its about 20-30 mins drive from both Amsterdam and Haarlem. Less than 10mins to Schiphol Airport. Neighbourhood is amazing. The studio room was small for us so we upgraded to 1bedroom apartment which was excellent.
Very nice studio apartment. Good shower facilities, separated from the toilet. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils. Good breakfast. Close walking distance to tram st taking you to the city center in 17 min. Several supermarkets nearby. For the airport catch bus 300 a few stops away with tram no 25 (pay airport ticket on the bus with your credit card since gvb tickets can't be used on this service).
We absolutely loved everything from the start to the end. The keys were left in a locker which we opened with a special code- super cool. We did not expect rabbits to be running around and that definitely made our stay memorable! The studio was clean, modern, comfy and it had everything we needed. Loved the bike rental, which we hired and went around the area- what a beautiful place.
