The apartment #108 is spacious, the swimming pool and Gym is good too!

Walking distance (I love walking) to speedmart, food court near the stadium, surprisingly we found out in the morning that the famous padang brown foodcourt is nearby too!

Host Weyky was very responsive to messages/emails. Location was within walking distance to many food outlets, including those along Jalan Burma. Waterfront area along Gurney Drive was also great for a brisk walk each day. Check in and out process was a breeze. Carpark bay also included. Security staff were also very friendly. Apartment is fully equipped and great for families. Very clean as well.

Very clean and everything things in the house was up to the mark. No complain at all, the location was very convenient to all the places. My mum asked me to rebooked the same apartment for our upcomings penang trips.
This condo is very spacious and luxurious. I can see Penang Bridge and USM from the balcony. The facilities provided such as utensils, microwave, electric stove & electric kettle are very useful. It came with private lift and 2 reserved car parks. Brought my whole family here for my convocation day at USM and they LOVE it. The condo is near plaza ivory, which has a lot of warung & convenient stores.
